 The pain unseen

it happened so long ago..

alittle girl so trusting and sweet

laughing and playing her days away..

never suspecting

never afraid

untouched.

until he came to bring my pain

why did you take my trust....

why did you take my laughter...

why did you make me afraid.

my childhood was lost..

I can't stand the memories

so I buried them deep...

into the place inside..

now it is hidden..

not gone..

the pain unseen

the truth is hidden but the tale is so often told, so sad that this happens so often to so many so young, i truly hope that this is written not out of personal experience.

as to the poem it self, the flow and structure is well laid out.
