Secret

Secret

A Poem by Mysty Rayn

You are my soul mate.

I am certain of that.

The way you laugh.

All the smiles you have made me smile.

You are my friend.

My best friend.

The way we talk.

Knowing I can’t go a day without your voice.

You are my lover.

My greatest love.

Whenever we make love,

The whole world stops turning for us.

You are my other half.

The part that makes me whole.

I could not bare a day without you.

I love you more then my words could ever tell you.

Unfortunately, I can’t tell you

I can’t tell anyone.

I am married, but not to you.

Shhhh

It is a secret.

Kowel :).
I really don't know if you meant for the ending to be funny ( with the schhh and the married stuff ) or if it's sad because you weren't able to wed your loved one.
The entire poem inflicts a feeling of warmth.

Anywayz great confession :) .

This is great Mysty, we all have a secret of some sort, but your secret has been revealed, so it is no longer a secret. I believe that at times we really would like to reveal our secrets, just to get a reaction from people. Secrets are baggage that we carry through out our lives and until we can get rid of the baggage, we forever will have to look over our shoulder. I like the surprise ending.

Nice job the aura of secrecy.

The whole world stops turning for us.

This line is beautiful, I remember having a passionate love that did make the world stop when we made love. I guess when you have an affair and you are in love the precious momnts mean the world.

Great write.
