Cornfield

Cornfield

A Poem by Mysty Rayn

Lost in a cornfield

The stalks are too tall for me to see

The field too thick

I blindly turn in directions unknown

I walk toward the light

Only to find a small clearing

Still no end in sight

More directional errors

Still more blind turns

No end in sight

Wow love the methaphore here or how I see it... the cornfield represents humanity and all the problems we face everyday trying to find piece among our bloodlines. Really makes you think!!

This is a great analogy. I hate that feeling that you get when you're emotionally lost. Great poem!
