My Love

My Love

A Poem by Mysty Rayn

What do you want with my love?

I am not your toy.

You take,

You break,

You concur and destroy.

What do you want with my love?

I am not your fool.

You lie,

You don’t try,

You push and you pull.

What do you want with my love?

I am not your doll.

You use,

You abuse,

You try to obtain it all.

What do you want with my love?

I am not your slave.

You guard

You threaten

You badger, rant, rave.

What do you want with my love?

seems like a poem of experience. It tells a story. as mine do. It would be a blessing if more humans learned to love.
always,

I think that this is a fantastic piece that you have written here and nobody wants to be used like a toy, be heartbroken, or to be taken as a fool, and I can most definitely relate to what you have written!! This is awesome!! =)
