Deceit

Deceit

A Poem by MystiqFairy
"

A short poem about how both people in a relationship can be deceitful.

"

Tell me you love me
Let me know you care
Share your deepest thoughts with me
Than I might
Just like you do
Pretend I actually care

Tell me you need me
Let me know your truly sincere
Share your intentions with me
Than I might
Just like you do
Pretend I'm really sincere

Contractions are still an issue with you....and you used the wrong "then" it's supposed to be "THAN".

I REALLY like this poem, I can connect with it so well it's not funny. Again, your ability to get your point across is AMAZING. You also have this hollow tone to it. Like it hurts so bad to do continue on like that, like the love has died. I don't know if that was your intention but that's the vibe I get. It's like two people who stay together but don't love each other anymore. It's so sad and painful, yet beautifully written. Good job!!
