Sipping from the Nectar of Time

A poem about cherishing every moment of your life.

You should always live in the moment.

Don’t waste a second, don’t waste a minute.

We are all on a timer, each second passing inexorably.

Every second of life is a falling grain in an hourglass.

Each passing speck of sand is an ephemeral moment.

An hourglass’s fine sands are like precious invaluable diamonds.

Don’t let those grains slip away in vain.

Turn those grains into the gems of your purposes and dreams.

Every memory should be cherished, every moment should be adored.

Before we all face the end, we should have as much joy as we can.

We are all carefully sipping the nectar of time.

Delicately sipping sweet nectar is slow, enjoyable.

We delicately sip and savor our most cherished days.

We sip from today’s moments, before they fade away.

Our days should not be worthless pursuits, nor wasted boring matters.

Each moment is a gem, an invaluable treasure.

Cherish each moment of your life, as long as time allows.
