A Chilling Autumn BreezeA Poem by An Enigmatic MystiqueThis is a poem about autumn, written during the hallowed season (October). In the days of the seasons of
autumn, Breezes signal the advent of a
seasonal decorum. Trees shed their leaves, leaves
that become a bright orange. Leaves that dangle down into piles
on the ground, beautiful and strange. Autumn is the season of change. Autumn is the season of people
playing along the range, Watching the leaves blow by in the
wind. Leaving all of their worries
behind. Watching the clouds of the fall
season go by. Sometimes, many a celebrator will
sigh, Watching the leaves in the wind
dance and fly. Leaves that dance musically, free
and alive. Soaring on gusty currents, where
they continue to thrive. A beautiful season, full of
beautiful people who play about to welcome the season. As the season progresses, there is
no reason, To be wary or stressed, so people
become calm. It is a time in their lives where
they can be calm, where they can say many a hymn, Praising the coming of thanksgiving
and autumn. A beautiful day in a brilliant
season, a season of joy. A season of wonder, a season
without conflict, without people seeking to destroy. Just a moment, just a single
moment. Where everyone just dances and
sings together, a startling event. For a second, the world was
beautiful. For a second, the world was
plentiful. For a second, there was not a
conflict, not a battle. No vicious national rivalries, no
petty prattle. Just everyone celebrating a
beautiful season. A season of wonders, of
celebration. © 2023 An Enigmatic MystiqueAuthor's Note
