Femme Fatale in C# Minor
A Poem by MysticMeasure
An abstruse hue Beading on my eyes: A deep, Balsamic Moor! Tangy hints Of ornamented tips: Salome's veils asway-- A mystical hue Chaunts from her breast; Weaving through the pitch. Riddling moments Of her run through Bulbs of Hyacinth-- The essence of Spirituality, lazily Awaits In a charmed repose. Within this color-- A deceptive detail!

This sounds beautiful and I like it very much but I'm at a loss to its meaning?

This was created for an assignment where I was given the task to describe a certain color and what the essence of that color may be. I chose the color purple. The provided C# minor cue in the title is there because the color I am suggesting is represented in the color wheel by that specific note. The femme fatal marking is there because the color reminds me of that specific archetypal figure--it is a beautiful color, yet, mysteriously deceiving. As is the seductive nature of the fatal female. I chose a somewhat common biblical figure to represent the figure, that being Salome. This may be too convoluted for its own good, but as far as imagery goes, I'd say it is pretty okay. If you have any suggestions let me know.
