A Writers Mind

A Writers Mind

A Poem by Mystery Author
"

A poem about those minds that are never still.

"

The moon is out.

A soft breeze blows.

Where are you?

I never know.

And the world is as it should be.

Enveloped in harmony,

as the thoughts race

inside my head.

Never stopping, never slowing.

Faster than that soft wind blowing.

Turning everything I touch,

into a story.

Every word that I speak,

has a meaning to me.

In my mind, the words form,

into a story

As I breath my last breath,

as I'm on the verge of death,

I will turn my life,

into a story

This idea was originally supposed to be about peace, but I think I did a good job changing it.

I liked it! I really did, and I liked how the first two lines rhyme.
