Two different drums

Two different drums

A Poem by Mysteriously Me
"

This is written about a boy and I. We have a resound friendship that is completely amazing. Even though feelings of more are there, it is understood that it is right where it should stay.

"

Tangled webs and wicked crimes
Of what we lose when a heart entertwines
Electric feelings buzz through the air
When we dance without a care

And with this melody, oh how we will sing
we'll march on through
As our hearts, they shall ring

Grasp my hand and hold on tight
We'll run right through, into the night
And whisper so sweetly into my ear
Because soon enough, I'll hold you dear

And with this melody, oh how we will sing
we'll march on through
As our hearts, they shall ring

Though our timing is to a different drum
In our thoughts this memory will hum
And though our hearts may hold on forever
With you I shall fight for this endeavor

I am surrounded by a world filled with hatred, agony, and terror. Walking these streets I can't help but feel empathy overflowing to all that are being harmed. I believe I was put here to save the wor.. more..
