No Longer Needing You

No Longer Needing You

A Poem by Mysteriously Me

I don't need to hear your sighing
Because this time baby I'm not lying
No longer is this heart a-dying
No longer am I needing you

I finally took one step towards the door
Even though you seemed like you wanted more
I don't know what you keep me around for
But now it finally doesn't matter.

You treated my heart like it was a toy
And that isn't right what you did to it, boy
So stop acting like you are so coy
Because this time I am leaving, it's true.
