Roses and Dark Sand

Roses and Dark Sand

A Poem by Mys Michelle
"

umad?

"

Turning, forever turning

Lay amongst the blackened sand

Of which is held inside your hand

Holding, forever holding

Touch the wicked suns of day

Hold my heart; forever stay

Loving, forever loving

Offering a rose with gentle nature's touch

Holding it softly with a child's clutch

Reaching, forever reaching

Buried within the enchanting dream

Eyes lost in a reflective gleam

Turning, forever turning

On a beach, in a place of our own

With just a rose and a ghost unknown

This whole piece flows very well. I like the way you tied everything together and how things rymed very well without sounding like a five year wrote it, ya know?
I also think the theme of it has many underlying memories or meanings to it. Very interesting.

I just have one question....
If you say that you really did write this, then why be afraid of being reported. And why did you say nothing when you should have said anything? It is a mistake that makes a person sound very...well....dim to be honest.
