Alone (Reprise)~A Poem by Alexander B. Kerri
Alone was I, born to be,
Laughing, taunting, torturing me. And yet would my darkness shadow light, For all eyes are bare and would not sight. To sight eternities long and beyond, Or to seek life's mistress who would never tag along. Language, diabolical devils they are, the scholars I once knew, Fell from afar. But note to discover the fathom to write, But to scurry about and to leave me no rights. © 2013 Alexander B. KerriAuthor's Note
