Silly HumansA Poem by Selymsivad
Will you remember me when time stops ticking?
Will I live forever in your heart's memory? Doubt seethes throughout me pondering the idea. "Maybe being human simply won't fit the criteria." Maybe the truth hides from souls turned sour. And it may remain unknown until the world's darkest hour. Walking unscathed upon a land that erodes rotten, Until our children's children remember what we've carelessly forgotten. All until time passes us by, too late. But by then it would be written and sealed by fate. Go on, ignore the importance of our mother's worth. And you too can say goodbye to Mother Earth.
