Soul Eater

A demonic humanoid steals everyone's life force. Devouring everyone's will to live.

Upon the Earth's energy field erupted a maelstrom,

All caused by a single soul. 

Peace and harmony is disrupted,

For this creature's heart grew cold. 

And how the bolts danced! 

A sight never wished to be seen.

In almost perfect unison...

Heaven must have heard their screams.

Not one was able to escape or flee. 

Every life-form on the planet would meet fate's decree.

This evil power was of no one's wildest dreams.

The clamor of hateful energy flew and grew,

Soon it stood above every head.

They prayed their unanswered prayers hastily...

but they were already dead.

The life of all was stolen, from every cowering face.

Breath took to the skies from all at even pace,

to the ruthless eye of this monster's storm.

No one bothered to heed this demon's forewarn.

So together they sailed to this event's beginning...

where a malicious life-feasting soul stood grinning.
