Lies
Every word that drools out of your mouth is like a time bomb, finding its way into my heart, and counting down the seconds until I explode on the inside. Those atrocious words, disguised in truth, thriving in hypocrisy, they stab me like a thousand sharp knives, aiming for my insecurity. Those despicable words, carving out a hole in my confidence, shooting at me with hate, and all the other bad stuff in the world. Those dangerous words, drinking up my tears and feeding on my sorrow. they torture me, like that child called it. Your words sting, like a poisonous bee, like hydrogen peroxide on a bleeding wound, like shame, and guilt, and anger. and for all of that evil, i hate you. i hate you because you tell lies, because i do work hard, i do walk tall, i do dive into pools filled with paranas, and still come out alive, i do crave perfection. but why would you believe me? Probably cus i'm not dead yet. dedicated to my father.
