Preface

     Every child has it at some point; an irrational fear of the dark. A monster that hides in the closet or under the bed. The boogeyman that visits their dreams.

 

     These are common, easily overlooked as the result of exposure to modern media. Most adults assume that's what causes them; movies, shows, fake news stories.

 

     But, sometimes, it's more than that.
