Quick, Now Crawl

Quick, Now Crawl

A Poem by DeathByChoice

Quick,

Crawl to the sky,

past the clouds,

and sleep with the stars.

For just one night

You're brighter.

Blinded by truth

that kills sight.

Quick,

Crawl to the sea,

dripping deep,

and speak to the fish.

And for that moment

you're invincible.

Mute by strength;

such malevolence.

Quick,

now Crawl to your grave,

through the dirt,

and live with the maggots.

Restless eternal sleep.

Sightless

and mute

with voices echoing through.

Keeping you alive

has now become a task.

So now I let go,

and I'll never look back.

A beautiful poem. Quite evil actually... I love it. You're an amazing poet.
