Oh Beautiful WonderA Poem by Aimee Mahathyabout nature <3I love to watch As geese roam in the field Neath granite grey skies To but nature they yield. Into the trees With their naked limbs high Reaching for the clouds Floating in the sky. On ev'ry branch Holding one bird or two Who sing songs of spring Summoning dew. Those diamond fey Who sleep neatly on leaves Wings splayed on petals So eager to please. I hear a call Of an owl of night Forest's security, even I Fear his might. I love to watch The flight of the moon As it shines on wild geese So far after noon. © 2010 Aimee MahathyAuthor's Note
