The Moon of Where

The Moon of Where

A Poem by Aimee Mahathy
"

just a pretty image I had in my head

"

When I was young, I stumbled Where,
I found a fainted flower there.
It held the beauty of the night;
Sprouted wings and then took flight.
I looked up high and saw the moon.
I heard a hardly aural tune.

When time was now, I stumbled Where.
I found no fainted flower there.
Still the beauty of the night.
I looked down, then to the sky.
I honored so the blood red moon.
Whose fate is now, discord is strewn.

Late that night I pondered of Where.
And what had taken place in there.
My room filled with the moonlight.
I saw it change to red from white.
Beheld everything in my room;
Thus dissipate into the doom.

Quickly I thought; the fate of Where.
And what had taken place in there.
Why all things positive did die.
How the moon was red, not white.
I now felt that my time was soon.
I'm swallowed by the blood red moon.

Talent reflects the spirit within...like the body it needs a break for rest every now and then! : )
Your talent is yours for life...keep up the great work...even if it means waiting a little bit for it to come to you!

I'm 33 now, much more settled into myself, and getting back to it again. The previous about me is gonna stay for now, since it's still somewhat accurate and I need some time to figure out what to say .. more..
