Childhood thoughtsA Poem by MyInkyPenNot really a poem, just a thought.I don’t care much for love poems. I like movies with sad endings where the guy doesn’t get the girl and they never find a cure for that disease. I like to feel the cold on my face until it burns my skin. I like the rain. I won’t look you in the eye, but not because I don’t want you to see my thoughts; because I don’t want you to see the chemical reaction in my brain, fooling me into feeling things I am supposed to feel. Fairytales are fake, promises made to break and i’m not a pessimist, just a kid who’s seen it all too young. © 2011 MyInkyPenAuthor's Note
