I Miss You MotherA Poem by James TincherDedicated to the passing of my mother in law 15 years ago.
I miss you mother, more so
than any other day before. Can you see me from Heaven mother, maybe through a crack in the floor. The children are getting Big my mother, you would be so proud. Do you watch them play my mother, high atop from your puffy white cloud? I dream of you often mother do you come and visit me while I sleep? I hope you are there my mother because I feel the comfort you always keep. Oh how I miss you my mother your warm and smiling face. I can’t help the way I feel my mother but I know you are in a much better place. God has your company now mother for all eternity. One day I will see you again my mother but for now I will hold you in my dreams. © 2013 James Tincher |
