An Angel's Whisper

Is it such a sin for the

reasons we are not

together. 

 

The distance between

us is no blessing.  I

pray one day we become

one and celebrate.

 

I need to be saved, an

angel whispered to me

that it’s you I seek.

 

Shine your guiding light

for me and I will begin

the journey.

 

Hear my call, lead me

down the path. This walk

is so lonely and I hate

feeling lost.

  

Bring me to the waters

edge and I will stand

before you.  Baptize me

in your love.

 

Kiss me, cleanse me 

and give me purpose.

Turn me away from the

life I had, to walk with

you by your side.

 

An angel whispered to me,

love in her you have found

and with her there will always

be eternity.
