The hibernation of cranes

The hibernation of cranes

A Poem by My Interfearence

From the front of my house

I can see

The hibernation of cranes

Bodies in the bridge

Cryogenic geriatrics moaning

Blood in the fridge

The living beyond our means

The child that dreams

From the front of your house

We can see

The hibernation of cranes

Collateral damages

The death of a battleship

Hung up like spare keys

A cracked pavement

A shark in cement

I suspect these are cranes used in building, yes? I at first assumed we were talking about birds.

The imagery is, of course, a 'cracked pavement' of mished-mashed urban and natural concepts. Altogether I can see a shared world which does not necessarily make sense.
