"That sometimes life is as straightforward as it comes.
No complexity, no jargon; Just pure unrivalled fate;
Speeding towards one destination"
There and Back
Again.
Stories are passed down,
Of Lands Far Away.
Abounding Witches so Cruel,
And easily deceived Kings.
Atop Queens unsure of their Beauty.
Lands where frogs sprout to Princes,
Princess’
are locked in high towers,
And Giants abide in the vast Skies.
Lands
where elves and reindeer toil,
Under the weight of a jolly Santa.
Where Half men dance,
As
war over Rings lingers heftily.
Where Evil never sleeps,
And just when Evil seems to win,
Good lands in a late one.
Lands
where, no matter what,
The Good never stop fighting,
And Evil likewise never ceases.
That regardless of what comes between them,
The Two always remain at loggerheads.
To ensure the balance in the world.
We see lands blessed abundantly,
By generous Mother Nature.
Turned destitute by Greed and Dark Spirits.
We see the innocent framed and hunted,
For mistakes not their own…
We see Justice prevail at the last page,
And sometimes we don’t realize…
That the crooks bide their time,
And wait till complacency settles…
Before
they wreak their havoc,
In
stupendous doses.
But see these wise storytellers of old,
Never
did leave a mound of doubt.
That sometimes life is as straightforward as it comes.
No complexity, no jargon;
Just
pure unrivalled fate;
Speeding towards one destination,
Regardless of wants, needs or pleas.
And that come the end of the day,
Life had some sort of order to it.
"Never did leave a mound of doubt.
That sometimes life is as straightforward as it comes.
No complexity, no jargon;
Just pure unrivalled fate;"
You make the language have reason and purpose. The above statement is amazing and true. Complete poem was wonderful. The poor Earth had pay the price for hate and greed. It is still standing. Thank you for sharing a outstanding poem.

Really quite nice, like a fantasy story. I like it, it is different.
I like this part:
"Lands where elves and reindeer toil,
Under the weight of a jolly Santa."
Its the one opportunity we get to convert a lifetime of experience and knowledge to one simple tale that would contain all the main elements of the experience for the future. Learning to tell a story can be very important. You have a great start. Good one!
There is heart to this piece. It takes from the soul only to replace it with something much more deep and meaningful. All in all it has warmth and a sense of life rolled all in one.
