FEEL IT

FEEL IT

A Poem by M.Babu
"

The Heart is so uncontrollable; its proclivities are quite impulsive.

"

We feel because we’re meant to,

Though some try to numb it all.

But it’s something that we can’t do,

For we can’t build walls that tall.

The Heart is so uncontrollable;

Its proclivities are quite impulsive.

Yet the mind tries being unmalleable,

Searching hard for ways to be freed.

Love is not as logical,

As the Pythagoras's triangle.

Deducing it is as plausible,

As a foundation full of marbles.

Love is an adventure,

Greater than the mind could fathom.

The mind is just an aperture,

Whose view on Love seems random.

Soak up all the feeling,

That this life will bring your way.

Abandon all this reasoning,

That will shorten all your days.

I hope the love bug bites you harder...softer side of you that we hadn't seen before and I'm liking it...Welcome to the dark...err...light side?

Please continue with the love-writing-bug, as you call it because this world needs a lot more love. Amazing words, great descriptions... talented, as usual.

Some people forget the nature of the heart, a beast at times but also a blessing! We are meant to be intuitive creatures and use the heart!
A brilliant poem love, fav!

Love is love, and that's not formula or logic or any critical thinking about this. This poem is so true that I can relate to it quite well. I love the last line the best. I really enjoy reading your work. Well written one.

Last lines are great wisdom. A person with no anger and never have touched love. It a empty ship in the sea. A wise person try to touch the pinnacles of love and control their anger. Thank you for a outstanding poem.
