INSIDE THE BOX

Think outside Your Box

There’s naught but thought

To rescue thee;

From the chains that bind

Creativity.

Deep in your box

Of formless marsh.

There’s a drainage hole 

Big enough to stash.

That beast of sorts,

Who’s had his way.

In your sea of thought,

He left you a

Bay.

Stranded alone

For him to watch.

You struggle and claw

Inside the Box.

Heheh, this is something I can really relate to. Writers block is a pain, but only with great struggle can we truly succeed in finding our inspiration, be it from thinking outside the box or from within ourselves. Thought-provoking and creative!
