well this has a lot of messages..the tag says it all.."‘Find yourself first before you ‘Retweet’ everyone else’s lives"..and as much as i am a part of the facebook-twitter mania,I couldn't agree more with you on this one..social networks are replacing social gatherings..and its high time that changes..excellently worded..
Oh how I agree .. but first, your first ever free verse is grand .. just listen to the rhythm of words, read aloud .. it all helps, even if people wonder why you're talking to yourself!
As to all the messages in this, I agree 95%! People are losing the art of chitchat, talk, conversation. discussion .. seems we don't want human contact along with touch, scent and the like any more. Ok so people are separated by miles, emails etc. are quicker in business as well as pleasure but we're turning into no-bodies .. My 5% usage of social sites etc. is purely for someone else's advantage, not mine.
You are absolutely right! With all the means available at our disposal that require absolutely no cost, we take these means for granted and make unnecessary and unwanted use of them. A clear and precise message conveyed in clear and precise language. Nicely written
To think, there was a time where there was no Facebook, no twitter, no Internet. The telephone was there and we had slogans like "it's good to talk" where the sound of a voice was all we needed. In this day of age, we send texts rather than phone, emails replace letters through post. I wonder what the coming years will have next?
Find yourself first before you
‘Retweet’ everyone else’s lives.
awesome work bro...great message and delivery.those two lines just killed it. Retweeting everyone else's lives??? I'm def stealing that one...real eye-opener, we needed this one!
