Can feel you

There is a whisper in the air.
That relentlessly wants me to care.
Seeds the feeling of you being near.
Wants me to believe you are here.

Your pulse is felt through earthly tremors.
Strengthening the feeling of your presence
Assurance of you being near,
Is very firm that you are here.

My body again reacts the way it did.
Feels so strong for me to forbid.
Shimmers in veins are very clear.
Compels me to know you are here.

Warmth in the cold breeze,
Touches me like your touch.
You are walking the plains we walked,
I know it and I know it so much.

Hope the friction of the zone,
Sends you the feeling of our sparks.
Hope you are remembering me,
While you walk past the land marks.

Not remembering you is not easy
It’s so obvious ,it’s so crazy.
This will go on for days I fear.
Feeling and knowing that you are here.

This is a great poem of longing & imagination. You've found so many different ways to show instead of tell, using vivid imagery that imparts sensations for all the senses. Some of your phrases are a bit like a riddle ("the friction of the zone") but reading in context with the rest of your message, your playful suggestive meaning is clear. Sometimes I think it can be more satisfying to imagine, as in your poem, than the way some interactions end up going! *sigh!* (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Today a best friend of mine said to me "The one who is far from us, sometimes that one's the only thing kept too close to our heart" or I shall say too deep IN our heart! I feel that line so true after reading your poem...invisible bond with and inevitable beauty....it may hurt for not having that one beside you..but it may feel intense joy to describe that one in poetry! Cause you keep that right, no?! (Huh...talked too much!)
