The little Blonde Haired Girl

The little Blonde Haired Girl

A Poem by Jock Engelman

To think hard, I don't really know you that well;
But to me you resemble a spiral shell;
In the sense of visible strength and beauty;
You have a personality so fair;
It tears my soul to know that you are so rare;
But I know that I long for your company;

From the moment that we talked you had me hooked;
Not your appearence I've never looked;
And not your sweet young age of twenty-three;
But your understanding of morality;
And how you treat others with equality;
Is what forces me to lust after you;

You have your own celestial beauty;
And I love it how you call me "cutie";
I hope that we get to meet up together;
Cause this support that I gain now;
Is one of the things that make me feel, Wow!
Cause isn't that the point of humanity?

Aww, another great poem! Honestly, I can't even write a poem without throwing it away/deleting it. But, I do enjoy reading poetry like this one. Your very talented writer and I love your work! =) Keep on writing!
