The Wolf and The Moon

The Wolf and The Moon

A Poem by Muskan

This is a tale of love,
Between a wolf below and moon above.

They both in solitude
Curse their fate
Aber adore they ,each other every day
Like a faithful loving mate

To express its love, the wolf howl
Its evidence is secured
By the king of night, the owl
Flickering its light
Moon too express his affection
From the great height
Thats how ,two communicate
In that dark windy night

No lust blot their love true
Each other's presence is what they value

Then moon appears like a disc round, glowing
Lost in his love, thousands following
Aber ,out of jealousy, the wolf streaks and starts howling

And then the Uncle Sun comes
Ending all their fun
~MUSKAN

(P.s. -aber is but in German)

Again, you take the imagination out of your head and give it a form and I can say right way, I would be madly in love with it.

So beautiful is your stretch of imagination

Love at a distance, beckoning, waiting. Tragicially, however, what's written in the stars will never come true. Your words are laid warmly and in an unusual but charming style.

You're welcome 😊
the wolf howls for love, the moon won't come any closer...it remains where it is...distant, inviting, but not touching...much like human love can be...we can love from afar...and wish for proximity...but it doesn't always come..and with a new sun, a new day...might disappear from our sky altogether.
