Bitter World

 

This pain I feel, I’m tired of carrying it

The hell side of my mind is drifting away

Every day closer and closer to insanity

So long in this life, I’ve tried so hard to stay

 

I’m pushed harder and harder

I’m not becoming any stronger

The weight breaks my back

Waiting for my skull to crack

 

My only friend loneliness

My only comfort pain

The single way out is too much

In this world I have emptiness

 

All my forgiveness is gone

Wasted it all for nothing

All my life, a bitter song

All my happiness has been drawn

 

I work so hard so I’m not alone

Strain more and more everyday

I see a silhouette so far away

She’s there, but with me she’d never stay
