Cotton Sheet/My Heart Blushes..

Cotton Sheet/My Heart Blushes..

A Poem by MusicMyLife

My heart blushes,
When it sees hers,
Flashing like a light bulb,
Holding its valves like a championship accolade,
I love to see my blood,
When i cut myself,
I am fucked up,
Like that..

She is in the ascendency,
A character from one those love poems,
That i wrote when i was fourteen,
A little sketchy,
A little raw,
But it said a lot..

My dreams involve her,
She is the star,
The superstar,
The creator of a nostalgic world,
In my head...

The stars at night,
Remind me of her,
The frame of the star,
Shines like its inner core,
She is a blossoming flower,
In a patch of overgrown weeds,
A courageous beckon,
That shines like a million fireworks..

Her arms,
As soft as a couch,
As soft as a cotton sheet,
She is my darling..

She is in the ascendency,
A character from one those love poems,
That i wrote when i was fourteen,
A little sketchy,
A little raw,
But it said a lot..
