Suicide

Meh. A random poem.

Suicide.

How can one word cause so much pain?

How can we cringe away from three syllables?

How can that one word make us decide to follow?

One trend.

That's all it takes to murder.

That's all it takes to say goodbye forever

To everything you know

Everything you love

Everything that you ever cared about in your life.

Well, I'll admit it.

Suicide is not a good thing.

I think anyone could figure that out. 

Anyone who has had to deal with it knows the pain it causes.

They know who has been lost

They may not know what pain they were going through

But they do know that suicide is not the only option

Life is beautiful

Or so the song goes

What do I think?

I think life is complicated

Its a puzzle that no one can solve

But must we kill ourselves over it?

Of course not.

The next time you want to commit suicide,

Think of everyone and everything you care about.

Would you kill them, too?
