Little GirlA Poem by Music's ColorMourning the times when everything was possible.Little
Girl 5.14.10 When you were a little girl, You thought like no one could. When you were a little girl, The sky was green if you said. When innocence was always there, The seas were in the skies And the birds would fly Right down to you And whisk you away. When you were, when you were. When you were a little girl, Shadows would be your friends When you were a little girl, Everything was fine. When friendships never died, The friends you made Were always there And took your hands And with them you’d stay When you were, when you were. When you were a little girl, Innocence was always there, And friendships never died, But suddenly the skies were only blue And the sea was never the sky Bird didn’t see you and just flew Shadows were horror And nothing was fine… Innocence lost and adulthood still a ways away… Before, nothing seemed to feel that way… When you were a little girl. © 2010 Music's ColorAuthor's Note
