These Thoughts

I have sat here, tried to think
why I keep having these thoughts of you
You've left a lasting impression,
one to withstand all my years.

These thoughts I have,
seem so sincere to me,
I keep on wondering
what on earth they could mean.

One day I know that Fate shall tell,
reveal to me their definitions,
and prove to me you understand,
you've seen how happy you make me.

It does make me wonder who makes the person happy. The first stanza reminds me of clay that has a finger print left on it, this poem itself has done that to me.

isnt it something when someone just consumes our thoughts, it is like drifting to never never land. No matter where you go or what your doing they just creep in and take over your toughts and you dream and dream then you wake up from the dream because you cheeks hurt from you smiling too much and too hard, and everyone is looking at you knowing that someone has just pushed you up to cloud 9. Yes they make you happy indeed. Great write.
