A beautiful bliss

A beautiful bliss

A Poem by Kate
"

Rewriting my old stuff

"
A beautiful bliss
Arose in my heart
As I opened my wings
In a lotus ready to fly
A beautiful mantra
Shivered my spine
Powerful chants
Honouring Buddha
Sitting under a branch
A beautiful bliss
Released my limbs
In triangles side angles
Eagle pose twists
Monkey splits
Pigeon and fish
I bowed
Kissing the ground
Bathing my lips
In its energetic streams
I let out
Breathe of HAAaaaaa
In blissful Savasana

Palm to palm
Palms to chest
Namaste
