You name it

You name it

A Poem by Kate

That night
Lights red green and white
Tinsels wrapped around
The hips of Christmas
Dancing sounds
She suppressed tears and sobs
In her glands
And bared her teeth
In a fatigued smile
That night
Carols and a merry crowd
Were rocking
Chairs of the old and the young
While her petite chest
Concealed her true self
And her blouse
Unzipped fake laughs
Over social ideas of having fun
