Curing light

Curing light

A Poem by Kate

Body, flesh, veins
Nothing else
So why does it ache?
Living cells
Trapped in tissues
Circulating round
The organs' maze
Where the dark ablaze
Can you navigate
Curing light
Through those voids
Where air blasts?
Can you stitch
What is torn
All the pieces
Back to a solid form?

About
I come from the Czech Republic. I've been studying English for several years (I am just about to finish my studies). I started writing "poetry" that doesn't rhyme in Czech, but one day I lapsed into E.. more..
