Xenos

Xenos

A Poem by Kate

Xenos sneaking behind my throat
Licking the clavicle
And other tiny bones
And those dandelions
Bright-so-yellow
Tickle periphery
Of the deformed body
And dab little toe
Till my armpits ooze
Sebaceous booze

Xenos inside my tract
Messenger carrier
Or a psychopath
Transcribing scripts
Of monks
Secreting dye
From irises alongside light
Green trance
In his eyes firing a climax
Into a pine essence
Evaporating from my
Salivary gland

Xenos press my arch
Achy ligaments
My sore mouth
Detoxify filthy puss
Through endocrine paths
Torn tissues
Cardiocytes
Diminished heart pulse
Who will sort me out?

...I had a facetious response and thought it over and decided since you didn't know my sense of humor that you could have taken my review as hurtful. It's not hurtful. I used to write abstraction poetry long, long ago - mainly in my beginning. I really thought it was chic until I realized very few knew or cared about what I was saying. There are some that will "get it" - always are (so they say), but when the novelty wears off they go to another fad.

A depiction of a stranger - a friend - even someone forcing themself on an unwary other is a strong write in possibility. The eroticism of the depiction is evident. Valid imagery and word choice. It seemed to lack a certain heat ...satisfaction... maybe desire?

I come from the Czech Republic. I've been studying English for several years (I am just about to finish my studies). I started writing "poetry" that doesn't rhyme in Czech, but one day I lapsed into E.. more..
