My heels
sank
Into a sandy beach
Interspersed with stones
Clams and seaweed
And wind tousling my hair
Frantically with a genial flair
Danced with surfs
Licking me feet flooding
The ruins of children's lagoons
Washing and polishing
My wrung out bones
Taking in their salt
What an uproar of
Waves lunging towards
My ticklish toes
Giving swings
To swans and boats
In the distant horizon
Bumping into a pier
Stalls with ice-cream
Hot dogs and lobsters
As today's specials and
Fish and chips
A long-queued-tipped dish
Sweating in oil
Next to gamblers
Swigging beers and
Carbonated fizzy drinks
My eyes were paralysed
As opposed to my mind
Skimming like a stone
Crissing the surface
Of crossing thoughts
Grazing that mass of
A green-blue abundance of
Sparkles resembling little fires
Leaving grooves
Screwing what is never smooth
As the laws of the universe
Truly do not snooze
I was paralysed
By that ongoing paradise
As if I were a witch
Without a cat and a stick
But with a used-to-be
Pointed then-bent hat
Sentenced to burning death
As if I were dismayed
By a judge whose nod
Determined my dismal course
Not defeated yet
I ripped my clothes
And took off my clogs
I'd forgiven my bullies
And forgotten my worries
I was a free dove
Groomed by an ocean's brush
Let loose from a tower
By newly-weds' love power
Unfolding my wings
I disrobed my chest
Shedding a feather
Marking the quest of
My adamant zest
Making me light
Against the gravity's strength
Making me flap
Towards another challenging step
