Finding love at first sight

Sitting and waiting

She passes me in the hall

I see her glancing

My heart starts to swell with pain

Pain that hurts a lot

The pain of a thousand knives

Piercing my heart at once

She smiles and lends me her hand

The pain leaves my heart

And is substituted with

A kindling flame.
