I have been sickened Kelly by some of the comments I have seen, complaining about the wealthy spending their money on these adventures of exploration. Have they no respect at all for the loss of life and devastation left in the wake of this tragedy. You on the other hand, pay a fine and caring tribute. Thank you.

Indeed. The boy's aunt was quoted, saying that he was "terrified" to go, but he did it for his Dad. I hope their souls are now at peace. Thank you, Winston!

And the young 19 year old was scared to death about going, but he went because it was Father’s Day weekend, both he and his father met their demise….blown to pieces…..a tragedy …..

I honestly thought when those pings were heard that it was them signaling they were ok. To know they died instantly is a better fate than thinking of them huddled together in the cold and darkness, waiting to die. It may be the only consolation these families have to hold onto for the rest of their lives. Thank you, Jacob!

Excellently captured Kelly.
Normally I don't bother with the news, I don't even have a TV... But it's been impossible not to hear about it, so I put the news channel on (phone) and couldn't believe what I was hearing.
It was like a real life truman show/ soap opera mash up, that everyone was hoping would end with good news, but that's such a rare commodity these days that I think we all knew we were hoping against hope.
Next it will be "Who's to blame" and it will run and run, without any thought for the next of kins and loved ones who knew them.
I don't doubt the movie rights are being haggled over as we speak!

I've always been fascinated by the sinking of the Titanic, so when this happened, I was glued night and day to CNN, hoping for their safe return. It's been reported that they each signed a waiver, which detailed the possibility of death, which leaves their families with no retribution. It's far from over. Thank you so much, Lorry!
