Your mention of bubbles galore and visions of falling snow made me wish I had a heater in my bathroom! You know, it actually gets down to the lower forties here in California at this time of year. Our mountains get snow, and I get a little melancholy every time. Hope you have a warm holiday, Pat!

Upon reading this exquisite poem the first thing that came to mind was, Bed, Bath, and Beyond . . . you know, because after luxuriating for a time in your bath, your fondness for high thread counts entices you to your bed, where no doubt your bottle of red warmly resides on your nightstand, its sensuous fermentations easing your body and mind beyond the mundanities of your day. Pinot and bath- a comforting cleansing I would say dear Kelly! A time to self- and whatever it dredges up can be dismissed in a pop of a bubble (either soap or wine!). Yes it is, and I remember that moment vividly. Mum got a new camera and the bored look came from sitting there for ages while she fiddled with film, when Al I wanted to do is go run around like a mental patient and make noise, you know... Boy stuff 🙄
