i actually like eating cold pizza as well...it is great...and you brought me back with this one...I made pizzas for 30 years back in the seventies, eighties and nineties...worked at the same place for 27 of them...
good combo you have here with the solitaire.

one of my ex girlfriends got exactly that on her pizzas...mush, onions and red peppers...but my seco.. read moreone of my ex girlfriends got exactly that on her pizzas...mush, onions and red peppers...but my second ex wife turned me on to the pineapple/garlic...and i have to admit...i like anchovy...especially anchovy and tomatoes as a combo...:)))))

Can I get you to make an estimated guess of how many pizzas you made in the time you worked there?

i couldn't begin to estimate...we were a very busy place especially on Friday and Saturday nights..... read morei couldn't begin to estimate...we were a very busy place especially on Friday and Saturday nights...and after ten when we had slices...i often had four ovens full of pizzas. with 8 in each....at least...
so i was a busy boy...i generally worked the ovens...and enjoyed it so much the busier it was.

I learned to love cold pizza when I was in the U.S. Air Force. To this day, though I have great ways of warming leftover pizza, I love to indulge in cold pizza. Nice write that touched a chord with me. ~Jim

I bought this Nordic Ware microwave skillet. You warm it up in the microwave before you put the pizz.. read moreI bought this Nordic Ware microwave skillet. You warm it up in the microwave before you put the pizza on it ... it really makes the crust crisp again (of course the surface gets WAY too hot ... but it does a really nice job)

The right pizza is good cold the next morning...just not that Hawaiian thing with pineapple. It is the perfect food...there's something from all the food groups.
Nashville has the worst pizza anywhere...crust like cardboard...cold when it wasn't supposed to be.
I've heard New York or Chicago have the best pizzas...but I'll take those from my hometown over any others.
