Very expressive poem accompanied by the photo above. I love the "eradicating all decibels" line. The shadows and sunlight in the photo are very artistic indeed.

Thank you, Ricardo. Funny you should mention that line. I initially had "annihilating all decibels of sound", then decided to change it to "eradicating". I took about 10 shots of that photo from different angels, but this is the one that spoke to me.

You masterfully execute the power within the universe that explodes of darkness and light.. a classic duel that is urgent in the extremes, yet here so quietly demure, just resting in the absence of sound to heighten your consciousness.. and you see it there and are in awe of its explosive inspiration and the indulgent succulence of this moment in study of contrasts. I think the contrast of light and shadow is why I love black and white photography so much (hence my profile pic).. there's such a stunning, striking boldness to the dramatic contrasts.
