A job well done. Love is one of those eternal themes that so many have tried to explain but can we truly? Its like describing a color to a blind person. You have to experience it yourself along with the hurt and pain that is sometimes in its wake. And yet in a short precise poem you have spoke volumes. I love the word imagery here. Bravo. I love this.

I relate too badly, just today i was telling my collegues how much I would want to feel that kind of love, that crazy young love when all that matters is just the two of you. love walks into our lives so freely and sometimes casually, then it leaves sometimes even without a warning leaving its host with a lot of baggage to get rid off.
dear Kelly... like sunsets we can glow and deeply set below the horizon... leaving colors that soothe the soul of others we have known.
We are the brush that sweeps away the heartache that others share. Truly, Pat
It does indeed, it saturates the soul and life becomes unknown for a while when love dares to enter...as always dear Kelly, you write with such beauty and flow xo
So much has been spoken using so few words :) I was your fan and I remain so :) how have you been? :)

Indeed, the impression is so deep that it can never be totally filled in....it remains. If the love stays, that is good. If it has left, well, it leaves that hole....forever. Beautifully written, Kelly. Lydi**
