Of moonlight she was dressed in
A Poem by Kelly Scheppers
Of
Moonlight She Was Dressed In
Intermittently,
stars
began to fall
eclipsed
by
the
effulgent glow
of
moonlight
she
was dressed in.

I wrote this from the inspiration of a friend...and the super moon we had last month!

This is an awesome poem written with high imagination. There will be two full moons again in March, so March 31 will be a 2nd blue moon for 2018. On "moon occasions" I write a number of moon poems, but I've never thought about anything similar to this. I admire originality more than anything, as it helps me stretch my own ideas. Very inspiring poem! *smile* Fondly, Margie
