it's definitely quite "memorable" that's being written with a great compilation of savored memories. you remember emptiness, collect all of those crystals of love-edge in the bowl of your very hands, & nicely garnish 'em incessantly by means of.. the trails of your deepen thoughts.. well poured down in words now.
I enjoyed the way you conveyed love in this. Sometimes, when we're with that 'special someone,' it feels like their touch is all we need -- with that alone, everything seems perfect. The 'Paris' analogy was used very uniquely in this; usually, when someone thinks of Paris, the 'fancy' things in life (large buildings, fancy resturants, etc ... ) come to mind, but in this poem, you conveyed the simpler side of being with a lover quite well. This was short and sweet. I enjoyed.
Shows what love is all about. You don't need fancy materialistic things and expensive destinations. Just each other. And a bottle of wine doesn't hurt ;)

My daughter Edie gave me two dozen yellow roses
for my birthday. They resemble small yellow peonies
