Adam and Eve

Adam and Eve

A Poem by J.d. Mckane
"

I love the game Bioshock so much that it inspired this poem.

"
The surface is my home,
Yet I long to swim below.
The ocean calls out to me,
So to the depths I must go.

The further I descend,
The black darkness never ends.
And I welcome its embrace,
For the abyss is my place.

At last I've arrived,
In a city without light.
I love it down here,
Where every day is night.

The eloquence of his dream,
It is this I must capture,
In film, memory, and life,
For I have chosen Rapture.
